Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes we do. You can find the request form in the contact section of our website, or just call us at 720.434.9276 to set up a meeting to discuss your event.

Will I get to meet the DJ that will be working at my event prior to the actual day of the event?

Yes. You will meet with your DJ prior to signing the contract, plus you can communicate with and/or meet us any time prior to your event.

What type of agreement and/or pre-event planning is suggested or available to me?

We sign a formal agreement outlining the details of your event, and you’ll get a written copy for your records. Useful pre-event planning forms and a song selection database are available to you in the client login area. Once a contract has been signed, we will email you with your username/password for the client area.

Does pricing include setup and teardown?

Is that considered part of our entertainment hours? Setup/teardown is not only INCLUDED in the price, but we don’t take that time away from your “entertainment” hours. It’s a complimentary part of our service.

How much time will you need for setup and teardown on the day of the event?

Your DJ will arrive 1.5 hours prior to your even for setup. Teardown typically takes about 30 minutes.

In addition to providing DJ and emcee services for my wedding reception, can Rickochet Entertainment provide music and equipment for our ceremony and cocktail hour?

Yes, we can provide extra sound systems or equipment as needed. Ask us for details.

How will the DJ for my event be dressed?

We’ll discuss that prior to your event, and will wear whatever suits the formality of your event.

Do you take specific song requests?

Yes, we are happy to take requests. There is a song selection database in our Client Area that allows you to choose specific songs that you want, or do not want, to hear. You also have the option of providing Client Area login to your guests, so that they may select their favorite songs for the event.

What happens if the event runs over the scheduled time?

We’ll work with you to make sure that entertainment lasts as long as your event lasts.

What’s the next step once we’ve booked you?

Rickochet Entertainment will send you a welcome email with a username/password to access the Client Area on our website. The Client Area houses pre-event planning forms, event timelines, referral forms, and a song selection database – all available to make your planning easier and your event seamless.
